Definitions within the South African Islamic Marriages bill

It is impossible to cover all the Juz'iyyaat (subsidiary rulings within the scope of fiqh) of Islamic Law. Thus, the term Islamic Law would suffice to embody the wide horizons of all the Ahl-us-Sunnah mazaahib including the views held by  Ulema and scholars of the Salafi schools.
