Unanswered Fatawa requiring your answers

All Ulema and Islamic scholars are invited to answer these questions.

Note the following when answering:

1. Quote the source of the answer immaterial whether it be a work of fiqh, extracted from a magazine or journal article or a compilation of Fatawa , taken from a CD or elsewhere.

2. When quoting, it is more important to quote the sources from where that particular article quotes or the from where that information was extracted. Thus, the references to the hadith, Quranic verse, volume, page numbers, edition and publication details are highly important for verification of the authenticity of the material upon which we base our inferences.

3. Quote the names of persons or committees that have issued the rulings.

4. If possible, post us any original material relating to the above.
