Jinn Treatment

Case 1: He was a man from India. Not an Islamic scholar. Simple person who wore a shirt and trousers. He can to visit the person who has been said to be possessed or effected by witchcraft or Sihr. He requested to be seated next to a strong table. He then started reading something after perfuming himself with plenty Itr. Another brother (South African) was sitting next to him as well. He, the person from India, eventually began holding one of his hands and it seemed that he tried to control its movement, after a short while began to stretch his body. His hands were outstretched as far as possible. It seemed as if he had lost consciousness. Then he began to beat upon the table. He then stopped the beating and made salaam thrice. He spoke with his own voice but the impression given by the assistant was that the voice was now that of the Jinn who spoke through him. He mentioned that Salaah must be recited upon Nabi SAW, then surah Fatiha, then a certain verse to had to be recited every night for 121 times except for Wednesday night when it had to be done 241 times. He then mentioned that the man's wife is effected with something and that she needs treatment as well. He said that someone had did something to break the marriage and the peace. He asked for water and placed his fingers inside and stated that the water must be drunk regularly. Eventually he asked for permission to leave. He made salaam three times. He seemed to go into the stretch position again and go unconscious for a short while. He was not pay anything since he was taken to the couple's house by a friend. They also mentioned that they do not eat at the home where they do the reading to allow the jinn to enter the body of the person who reads for the jinn to enter his person and diagnose the patient.

Comment: We cannot scientifically prove the entry of the Jinn into the person. Jinn's are like humans, they do not have knowledge of the unseen, but perhaps could communicate with other jinns in the area where they are to get information regarding the person and the case. The Jinn acted like a normal India Maulana who advised the reading of certain verses of the Qur'an but did not advise on reading supplications from the hadith. The water treatment was unknown form of jinn or evil treatment in the time of Nabi SAW and the Sahabah. Now you decide, do you want to seek help from a con-artist or do you like to follow the teachings of Nabi SAW and use duaas given in the hadith to treat yourself?
