Faskh - Annulment of Marriage

Faskh refers to the annulment of a marriage either automatically due to the renunciation of Islam by any of the spouses or by judicial decree (or body of Islamic theologians) due to valid factors that deny the continuation of the marital bond in harmony and bliss.
